Handling, Shipping, Refund and Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every book in The Power of Love Series®. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Handling (Exclusive and Regular Editions)

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, and a confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.
  • If you made a mistake while ordering or you wish to amend the Edition/Format of the books your ordered, please contact the author directly. Orders can be amended within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Shipping (Exclusive and Regular Editions)

  • At checkout, you are presented with several shipping options. Free shipping is available for all editions. A digital tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • Regular editions fulfilled by Amazon only have a free shipping (tracked) option.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days, depending on the location. 
  • NOTE: It is strongly advised to enter your phone number at checkout, as the assigned shipping courier may need to contact you prior to delivering your books.

 

Returns 

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your book must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is not required. Your transaction is recorded in our system.

Refunds

  • Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be sent to your original payment method.
  • The credit is processed between 1 to 5 business days, (depending on the payment method you used).

    Replacement

    • If at delivery the books are damaged or show clear signs of misprint, you can request a replacement directly at:

    • Special Editions (Premium Paperback & Dust Jacket) replacement are handled directly by the UK/US Publisher. A new order will be processed for you and a notification will be sent to the same email address you previously used.
    • Regular Editions fulfilled by Amazon are processed directly by Amazon. 

     

      Non-Returnable Items

      • eBooks: PDFs & EPUBs are available immediately. As digital download, returns are not possible.
